Brite Futures “Baby Rain”
New and exciting news about Seattle’s Brite Futures, the artists formerly known as Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head! They have a new album out November 1st and just released a sneak peak track, “Baby Rain,” for our listening pleasure. The new album is a youthful swaggering mix of synth-happy pop, rock, funk, disco, and New Wave that the band likes to describe as “punk rock Abba disco Osmonds with chainsaws.” I’m in love!

Martin Solveig & Dragonette “Hello (Black Matter Remix)”
I can’t even keep count of how many remixes have been made of Martin Solveig & Dragonette classic, “Hello.” So what’s one more, right? Black Matter (formerly Jesse Jamz) has just released his own remix, adding an electronic spin to the track…..and I’m feeling it! Get me a to a dance floor, STAT.

Just got sent over this fabulous Summer Mixtape by Funny / Not Funny Records.
